Deputy Mayor of Yingtan will Address at cities Summit

A lot of Chinese cities and provinces and also quite many cities from Australasia countries are coming to attend the forum and to exchange ideas about the related issues of modern cities. This session will provide them with an excellent opportunity and platform for Chinese and Australasian mayors to establish friendship/ cooperative city relationships and to talk about eco city and eco economy to share experiences in the development of cities.


Xu Yun, Deputy Mayor of Yingtan City, will attend the Chinese Provinces/ Cities Promotion Session as a keynote speaker to promote the city to the world.

Yingtan is a prefecture-level city in the east of Jiangxi province, People's Republic of China, bordering Fujian to the southeast. Its location near the trisection of Jiangxi, Fujian, and Zhejiang has made it a strategically important city for centuries and it continues to be a major rail transport hub in modern times. The population of Yingtan City totaled 1.2 million and covers an area of 3,554 square kilometers. Near the city of Yingtan is the resort area Mount Longhu which purports to be the birthplace of Taoismand hence has great symbolic value to Taoists. The region has many interesting temples, cave complexes, mountains and villages. The municipal executive, legislature and judiciary are in Yuehu District, together with the CPC and Public Security bureaux. Yingtan also oversees a county and a county-level city.

Chinese Provinces / Cities Promotion Session

Chinese Provinces / Cities Promotion Session is an important sub-forum under the grand event— Australasia China Cities Summit & Business Forum (ACCS&ACBF).
