Liaoning Provincial Overseas Chinese Affair Office will attend 2011 Summit


Liaoning Provincial Overseas Chinese Affair Office is in charge of foreign affairs and overseas work directly under the Liaoning provincial government. It is an administrative body for the leading group of the provincial foreign affairs and overseas compatriot affairs. It is one comprehensive centralized management department, which implements the national foreign policy and co-ordination on important matters of foreign affairs.
